Always perform this action in the direction of the carpet’s nap (the natural lay of the fibers). Rubbing can damage the shape of delicate fibers like TENCEL™ and viscose. Stop the intervention immediately if you have any doubts.

Routine Care and Light Balance
Always prefer vacuum cleaners with low suction power in your weekly cleaning routine. High-powered upright vacuums and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance the reaction of natural fibers to light and prevent regional tone differences (fading), we recommend rotating your carpet every 2 to 6 months.

Noble textures such as handwoven, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. These products can irreversibly damage the carpet’s silky shine and structural integrity. For deep cleansing, seek support only from professional carpet care centers specialized in natural fibers.

Washing Instructions
