Carpet Warranty Period and Conditions

All products in the Carpetdocia collection are under a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The situations covered by the warranty that you may encounter in our products are as follows:

• Weaving errors,
• Curvature greater than 2%,
• Obvious color tone differences,
• Emission of offensive odor.

When you encounter such situations, you can contact us and ship the product. As a result of our investigations, we will inform you as soon as possible and return the product for problems within the scope of warranty. We will ensure your satisfaction with a gift certificate valid for your shopping amount.

Situations that are not covered by the warranty are deformations caused by washing, abrasions due to use, burn marks and discoloration due to prolonged exposure to the sun. When providing solutions for such problems, we share the duration and process information with you in advance and proceed according to your approval.
