Due to the natural leather and wool structure, washing at home, machine washing, or cleaning with plenty of water is strictly not recommended; water can damage the leather layer and the wool fibers. For daily care, gently brush the fibers with a soft brush and lightly shake to remove dust. For deep cleaning, only expert dry cleaning services should be used.

Always prefer vacuum cleaners with low suction power in your weekly cleaning routine. High-powered upright vacuums and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance the reaction of natural fibers to light and prevent regional tone differences (fading), we recommend changing the orientation of your carpet every 2 to 6 months.

Noble textures such as handwoven, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners.
